Following the topography with a height difference of 15 meters, the architecture articulates the ground levels with stepped courtyards bringing an introverted feeling, while on the upper three floors, the units include extended terraces and balconies, expanding public life on all levels.
Typologically, the buildings are treated by studying the dominant architecture of the location and aiming to find a different result from a resort project where individualization breaks a monotonous design. The iconic image of Mediterranean villages will be communicated in architecture with predetermined elements, such as floors and facades that make up a catalog for building customization. Mainly three units of different sizes form the master plan, ranging from studio units to large family units. They can also be joined horizontally and vertically, expanding the possibilities for future owners.
In total, six squares are intertwined with each other, forming a large inner courtyard that articulates the private space with the public space through the openings in the architecture. Located at different heights and alternating with each other, they open up views of the coast and offer a range of activities for visitors. The main approach to the landscape is to preserve as much of the existing vegetation as possible. The landscape changes its composition from a dense forest in the lower part of the plot to an urban square in the higher part. Native trees such as cypresses and olives and low-maintenance plants such as Bougainvillea and Cacti comprise the selected flora.
